Between Colors (Zwischen den Farben)

This work focuses on the immediate experience of seeing. I understand perception as an active dialogue with matter: the layering of differently colored papers follows the movement of my gaze.

Through the interplay of line and surface, a three-dimensional drawing emerges. My gaze moves into the spaces between the individual layers, following their depth. The physical layering of the papers creates a tangible sense of depth; my eyes trace their edges and shadows, almost as if touching them.
